"I suffered a very painful lower back disc injury at work.  I had had over 20 physiotherapy treatment sessions on my back, and was not getting any better.  I thought I was going to have to resign myself to the fact that I was not going to improve and that I would have to live with the pain and the loss of function.  That is when I was introduced to Coastal Physiotherapy.  Initially the Occupational Therapist visited me at my work to review my work duties.  Nicole recognised that I should have had greater recovery from my type of back injury, and referred me to Paul for physiotherapy.  Within 2-3 sessions I felt MUCH better, and now I am very happy to say that I am back to work full time, enjoying life and have a positive outlook on my future.  I didn't know that different physios could do different types of treatment, and that I still had a chance to get better.  I am so thankful to Paul for the wonderful work that he has done with me and for ultimately giving me back my life....thank-you!"
